Contingency Plan

Production – Cheshunt Film Festival

1) I have allocated 20% of the budget towards the contingency just

in case if there are any costs which I haven’t used.
2) If the weather threatens to stop the location reece, Sufficient
cover will be given for the crew, and the suffiencity time will be
taken in order to make sure that shoot will go ahead on the 6th
January.
3) On the day of the reece if transport is an issue for anyone, then
members of staff will be around to assist them because or have
got taxis to get them there or take them home.
4) If there are any technological equipment damaged or issues, we
have located a repair shop which will be open all day on the
from 8.00AM – 8.30PM.
