James opened up the meeting and

showed the progress he was making with
planning and showed the following:
- Budget
- Research on ASA
- Copyright info
- Films that were being shown at the
festival

He asked us to put the date of location visit

in our diaries for 28th December (during the
school holidays) but Finley can’t make the
28th so James agreed to help operate
camera if contingency is needed.
