General:

We have the Parry space booked from 5pm on Friday, May 15th to Friday, May 22nd
a. However, the 2nd year Shakespeare performance is on Friday, May 15th. We have moved out getin to Saturday, May 16th Time TBD
b. There are a few evenings and weekend available in the meantime must be booked through
Stacey Jo
Lucie will be heading up making a poster design this week. Both in physical and digital form.
a. The poster will have information about where to enter the building and the immersion aspect of
the performance (grotesque content, language, smells, etc)

Scenery:

The plan has changed slightly. Instead of the highest platform being 4 it is now 63
a. This change will enhance lighting as well as add a few side rails and bars for safety.
Amber has decided to use aluminum scaffolding. Thank-you!
The smells have arrived:
a. We will be going with Cannibals Cave
b. There was much discussion about how to dispense on the performance date. Amber has looked
into how much volume wise - we will need for the performance.
i. Will be looking into ordering 2 400 ML containers.
c. Ideas such as a spray bottle and buckets covered in cling-wrap were pitched. A decision will be
made when more information in presented.
The Sails have been sorted and may need a bit of ironing out.

Costumes:

Production is in full swing. Costumes is busy making the tunic, dress, and lederhosen.
Fittings were scheduled during the meeting:
a. Bill 12pm
b. Louisa before the end of the day
Fabric arrivals should be in this week,
This week group will be working on different distressing techniques and planning out where the holes
for the body costume will go.
Becky, Lucie, and Amber will be going to the hire place in Bristol on Friday
The harness and webbing for the body has been ordered.
Becky and Lucie will also be taking a look in props storage later today to peek around for rocks and keys.

Body Makers/Make-up:

Casting has been underway!


a. The arms, chest, and back are done
b. The legs will be casted on Thursday once more modrock has arrived
Lousia has been working on face charts for the characters
2 Wigs have been ordered one for Bill and one for the body
The team has been experimenting with creating skin to start adapting and putting on the finished
skeletons

Chris has been working on the 3rd stage composition.


A voice recording session took place following the meeting
Rachael and Chris will have a list of materials wanted to use by the end of the workday to Stacey Jo.
The Haze machine can work with a proper schedule set up with the electrician and testing beforehand.
Amber spoke with Stacey Jo today and we have two long-throw projectors available for use.
Our next meeting will be next Monday, May 11th at 9:30am in PA002
