ATTENDANCE (issues only) IMPORTANT DATES

GENERAL / FOR ALL

1. Starting next week, actors must be in the dressing room for rehearsals.
2. On Sunday, actors are called at two. Board operators are called at noon to teach them
how to work the boards.

TECHNICAL

1. Alex, Al, and Dan need to meet so we can make the first draft of the call script.
a. Alex and Al are meeting at 11 on Sunday
b. Alex and Dan are meeting at 2 on Friday
2. Alex will be able to talk to actors during productions via their in-ear microphones.
3. Chris solved the sound issues from last night.
a. Skype was stopping audio from moving from vMix to the skype call, but it’s
been fixed. Actors will not be able to talk to anyone in the Skype call besides
Alex, Karen, and Bella.
b. As of right now, Dan and Al will not be able to talk to Alex on the headset.
Chris is working on fixing this issue.
4. We should have all of our sound issues solved.

PROPS / SCENIC

1. Chavala is meeting with a friend tomorrow who will help them make the letters, and we
will have our show props by Sunday the 1st.
2. Chris has the matches.
3. Chris is going to get eight music stands for the actors to put props on.
4. We do not want the newspaper.
5. For the candy wrappers, can we have white paper w/ a ribbon?
6. Chavala needs the measurements of Olympe’s podium
 7. There is a copy of Olympe’s declaration and notes for Olympe’s declaration.
8. We have a bunch of fabric scrolls in props storage that we can use for Fraternites
9. For the tea cup ribbon, Karen wants pink or cream ribbons.
10. Red and blue ribbons for Marianne’s letters
11. We need a 5x7 picture of a little boy for Olympe’s desk
a. The picture of Olympe’s son replaces Olympe’s locket.

COSTUME / WARDROBE / HAIR

1. Can Olympe’s glasses have a ribbon around the head?

2. We’re ditching the locket idea in favor of a picture of Olympe’s son.
3. Sunglasses are perfect.
a. Marie’s sunglasses could have more glitz on it.
4. Marie’s fans are perfect and surprisingly haven’t broken yet.
5. The pockets can be on the outside of the costume instead of the seam.
6. Can we have the red ribbons by Sunday?
7. Alex is going to ask Evie about her availability on Sunday for fittings.
a. 1:00 is the goal

FRONT OF HOUSE / PUBLICITY

1. Bridgett wants the promotional shots to have the backgrounds with them.
a. Editing won’t take very long, but she wants them as soon as we have the
backgrounds loaded in.
2. Karen is going to be on a radio show and a TV broadcast
3. Comps have been taken care of.
a. Bridgett is getting Theatre majors responding, and the ACTF people are good
too.

SOUND

1. We need a sound cue for the candy unwrapping.

2. Dan is going to come in at noon on Sunday to load in sound cues.
