Materials Covered: Fight Call for both acts, Ran once, notes, cleaned two dances

1. Tonight was the last night to call lines!

2. Actors need to give me their prop list, so we can all be responsible if
they miss it.
3. If you have a poster, get it stamped, hang it up, and then post a picture,
or no proof.
4. When running A2:S5, with Corben and Hannah, she does a piggyback,
and they were running off, he tripped, and fell over. They are okay, and
they stayed in character while getting off.
5. We worked two songs/ dances from 8:30 until 8:44 when Milinda told
them to go home and go to sleep. Notes ended at 8:25.
6. Act One ran: 54:15 Act Two ran: 51:22 Whole Show ran: 1:44
General Notes: 7. Before paint call tomorrow, we need to take the piano off the turntable.

SM Notes: 1. The shell and the wheel needs to be set at the top of the show.
1. We need a hook for the chimes that Davis uses.
2. Is it possible to hang the teeth for the crocodile?
3. The trunk is really loud, is there someway we could quiet the wheels, or
add carpet to the inside of the circle so that it pads the noise? We hear it
clunking all throughout.
Scenic Notes: 4. We need a longer branding iron rod.
1. There was a house light that burnt out tonight.
2. During the scene when Jaden throws the kitchen timer, A2:S4, there
needs to be dim lighting on the crocodile and a brighter light on the
Lighting Notes: narrator Brandon.

Costume Notes: 1. No Notes

1. We need to paint both sides of the shields green so they don’t show the
uglier side. (All sides are beautiful though)
2. Can we make another shield, for emergencies?
3. Props are starting to break, we just need to make sure we are taking care
of them.
4. We need to keep a hand in both trunks, just in case of an emergency,
which there shouldn’t be one.
5. We need to get chalk for Slank when she switches the trunk at the
beginning of the act.
6. We need a piece of cloth or something so that Blake can use it when she
