Materials Covered: Run the entire show, Opening Night

1. We were putting up the risers, chairs, and bars before house opened at
7:00.
2. Start show at 7:35, there were a few stragglers and people buying tickets.
3. Intermission was 8:30, and the show ended around 9:40.
4. We did the rest of photo call, and got out at 11:00 PM
General Notes: 5. Act one was around 59 minutes, Act two was around 56 minutes.
1. We need to make a new solution for the light up in the booth.
2. Before the doors open, we need to make sure that everything is set
correctly.
SM Notes: 3. Call for actors, 6:00. Call for tech, 5:30.
1. We need to do something about the noises in the little room, it echoes a
lot.
2. The break on the door is coming off.
3. There is a wire that is connected to the monitor that is starting to break. I

1. We need to make sure that those candles have batteries in them, before
the run, and that they all turn on.
2. Tom hit the GM table a little hard tonight, we need to make sure that the
Props Notes: rest of those glass pieces are okay.
1. The dardanella music cue didn’t play correctly tonight, make sure you
look over this one correctly.
