Rehearsal Breakdown
4:15PM-SM set up space with Sonia & ASMs
5:30PM-Call for Isaiah, Hannibal, Kaleb & Alaila. Work Scene 3 with Sonia. SM meet w Run
Crew.
6:15PM-Ran through Scene 1, 2, and 3. Maria ran lines w Kaleb. Try on Costumes w Kaleb &
Celina
7:30PM-Run through Full show (90 min not including stop/starts for tech fixes)
9:15PM-Actor Notes. Crew powered down & cleaned backstage areas.
9:45PM-Run Crew Dismissed, Celina dismissed
9:50PM-Kaleb & Emily Dismissed. Isaiah & Hannibal record VO.
10:05PM-Isaiah & Hannibal Dismissed.

Scenic Duvetyn to be added
Paint on Rocks/Stumps/Stalagmites
*ASM’s will add glow tape to Cave Walls & Apron TUES
Props DQ-MC will be bringing on Props from SR. Location of Prop Table is
perfect. Plan to tape tomorrow
*Celina will strike broom prop after Scene 7
Beach bag & Ritual Broom are great!
 Costumes COSTUME PARADE TUESDAY
Kaleb: we are going to have bring a white button down to wear, he
does not feel comfortable in the tank top. His pants are too long-we
can use hem tape? Do we have in costume shop?
Celina: Her shirt is too small, she has a backup. Her pants also need
hem adjustment-hem tape?
Emily will wear the yellow shirt, bike shorts and slippers for her
scene.
Sound SQ 132 will come in “Colors of Pride”
VO Recorded for Scene 3
We are planning to allocate time for Mic Fitting tomorrow
Lighting Scene 7: During dance we will have LX 73, 74, 75: change for each
song with LX 76 as BO
We are planning to use Haze in our Q2Q tomorrow
Projection Can we get a fade out & in between the Backyard Scenes?
Decide on what we want after the Words of Affirmation in Scene 11,
back to default cave texture or Backyard?
Makeup Sonia will go over Makeup with Cast this week. Already discussed
with Emily.
General notes RUN CREW:
Pierce Killian’s schedule will not work as LBO. Ross-If you can let
me know who your backup was for this position that would be
wonderful. Pierce can be a stagehand instead.
I don’t have a need for 5 Stagehands. The action backstage is limited.
Maria will be on book tomorrow if actors need line cues
Dion-(SM/Sonia reached out) Will need to look at plan for
Emancipate yourselves in Scene 11. Could potentially cut?
Ross-Can you send me the list of Lab Assistants so I can include them
in these emails? Thank you!
Isaiah will not be sitting in the house, it is too much of a distraction.
He will exit SL after his line in Scene 9.
