GENERAL/CREATIVE INFORMATION:

Tonight, we worked through cues from act 2. The actors had their backdrops set up even before rehearsal
started, so we were able to begin the cue to cue process very quickly. Brantley Waller's green screen
worked really well tonight, and we will try to base the other actors's backdrop off of that by getting darker
color bedsheets. There was a converstation about how the actors turning off their cameras during the
seance scene in act 1 could be confused as a technical problem, so we will be redoing the seance scene
before filming on Wednesday, September 16th when we have all the componets together.

 COSTUMES/MAKEUP:

1) A screenshot of how the actor's look in Zoom with lighting can be found in the Costumes folder in Box
for reference.
2) Will Addison Peacock and Will Glisson be wearing glasses with their costume?
3) Management is collecting information for the costume delivery process and will share it with the
costume team.
4) Zac Moss got his haircut today. The haircut was more expensive then expected. The total ended up
being $25 instead of $15. Is it possible for Zac to be reimburst?
LIGHTING:

1) Cameron Lucas will go shopping tomorrow to get 5 more clip lights for actors. Will Glisson, Addison
Peacock, and Ebony Strong will need 1 additional clip light and Zac Moss will need 2 additional clip lights.
The actors will be at the theater around 1:00PM to pick them up for tomorrow's rehearsal.
2) One of Will Glisson's clip light will have an 02 gel for a more amber wash.
PROPS:

1) A smaller bell will be pulled from the basement for Zac Moss.
2) Old fashion glasses will be pulled from the basement for the martini glasses.
3) Set dressing will occur on Monday, September 14th.

SCENIC:

1) Matt Gist will go shopping tomorrow to get darker color bedsheets to see how that will work as the
fabric backdrop for the green screen.
2) Please see PROPS 3). Thank you!
3) We will be aiming to take picutres of the set for the virtual background on Monday, September 14th.
4) Additional virtual backgrounds will be added for the seance scene which will be the set in low blue light.
5) The floor will be sealed after props is done set dressing on Monday, September 14th.
6) Fereshteh and Dr. Scott will have a converstation about the text before each scene after filming.
7) Management and Fereshteh will be having a meeting on Monday, September 14th at 11:00am about the
virtual backgrounds.
8) Once there is a finalized list of virtual backgrounds, cue numbers will be given to each virtual
background shift.
