Pre-Show Duties
1. Set up an orange and white barricade in the theater lot entrance by 5:00pm/12:00pm.
The barricade should be located in the stairwell by the loading dock.
2. Both people will sit by the entrance to the lot and at 6:30pm/1:30pm one person will
begin driving the golf cart.
3. The golf cart should be parked in spot 13 or 14 of the lower level of the stadium parking
deck.
4. The golf cart keys are in the Box Office.
5. Do not let anyone who does not have a “Patron Parking Pass” park in the lot. Non-pass
holders may park in the Stadium Parking Deck, the South Quad Parking Deck, in the lot
at the foot of the hill, or along the parallel spots next to the dorms.
6. For night shows, begin the golf cart route at 6:30 and go until 7:30. For matinees,
begin the route at 1:30 and go until 2:30. You drive around the bottom level of the
stadium parking deck, the parking lot at the foot of the hill, and around the bottom level
of the south quad parking deck, then to the loop in front of the theater to drop patrons off.
7. At 7:30pm/2:30pm put the barricade back in the stairwell.
a. PUT THE KEYS IN THE GLOVEBOX FOR POST SHOW.

Post-Show Duties
1. Arrive 10 minutes before the show ends. The Wolves will end around 9:00PM.
2. Please be parked in the loop and ready to drive patrons no later than 5 minutes before the
show ends.
3. The keys should be in the glovebox.
4. Cart patrons for about 20 minutes after the show lets out or until you see the front loop
without patrons.
5. When done, please park the cart in spot 13 or 14 of the stadium parking deck and plug it
in to charge (charging port is the round thing on the front of the cart. Lift the cap and plug
it in) and return the keys to the Box Office.

Step 6: Fill out form. Under “description” with title of AU Players event you
