    1. Meeting was called to order at 8:35 pm after potluck and the white elephant gift exchange –
    complete with a white elephant. We took a moment for remembrance of Clay Scharein.

    2. Additions to the agenda – none.

    3. Correction to November minutes - 7.d. Stones in His Pockets. Laurie made a motion to accept
    the minutes with the correction, seconded by Carol.

    4. Treasurer’s Report – Report on the Holiday Tea – 14 attended with some new faces. Admissions
    brought in $70 and bake sale brought in $230. Reviewed the account balances – bank accounts
    are at $12,914and investments are at $42,713. The IRS 990 EZ form is done. Sam made a
    motion to accept the treasurer’s report, seconded by Jean.

    5. Committee Reports – no reports this evening

    6. Correspondence - letters from Butterfly Garden and Fire Department reviewed – no donations as
    they do not meet our mission. UWEC send a request for programming needs – Patti will email to
    all board members to review.

    7. Events / Productions (Review and Preview)


    a. Holiday Tea & Bake Sale - December 7, 2008 – see earlier report.
    b. Kevin McMullin – FREE storytelling event – adults only - January 9 at 7:30pm
    c. Collage – January 17, 2009
    d. Stones in His Pockets – February 21 at 7:30pm and 22 at 2pm, 2009
    e. Claudia Schmidt and Kevin Kling – March 6, 2009
    f. Ernest in Love - March 2009 – April 2009
    g. Small Potatoes – April 25, 2009
    ** Reminder to let Shawn know dates of events so that he can update the website.

    8. Ongoing Business
    • Quam Day on Sat, January 3, 2009 from 9am to 3pm to undecorated and set up for
    Collage – Kathy to email all.
    • Curtain Call deadline is 2/15, 5/15, 8/15, 11/15.

    9. New Business
    a. Field Trip to the Guthrie to see Two Gentlemen of Verona – please let Carolyn know if
    you are interested in attending.
    b. WI Arts Board Workshops – Patti and Carolyn attended – great grant writing workshop
    c. WACT workshop in Prairie du Sac – 2/28/09 through 3/1/09

    10. Next Meeting will be Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 7pm.

    11. Motion to adjourn by the board. Motion carried. Adjourned at 8:50 pm.
