books that had been donated to her and gave the meeting a summary
of plans to offer a secondary scholarship for an all rounder. This
proposal was at a very early planning stage.
Remainder of new business to continue as per agenda.

Business Arising:
1. Whiteboards update:-Lesley and Sandy’s whiteboard due 9th;
Michelle (Yr 5+6) and Music room due 15th; Kristen (2) and Casey
(2/3) to share whiteboard for now. Trish needs more shelving
(Nicole from Westpac may have shelving). Library to follow once
shelf problem solved. So each stage has access to a whiteboard
and anyone who hasn’t one has access to the staff room’s.
2. Grant status-Nick will discuss in his report
3. Two Term deposits-Jen will discuss in her report
4. Parent Volunteer list out in 2 weeks
5. Garden Launch. Mid term 2. Date decided on was May 6th. Details
discussed. Kyong and Nichola usually in garden after drop-off on
Fridays. Helpers welcome.
6. Bike/Scooter Rack. Site discussed-too dangerous in Golden Grove St
entrance as toddlers play while parents garden or stop to talk. Lots
safer in Abercrombie St. Gates are open at approx 7.45-9.10 and then
from 2.30pm for access. Reminder children not to ride in playground
(OH&S), too many little people around. Site inside Abercrombie St
entrance. Measurements to be taken for bike racks & quotes gathered.
Anna Huppauf will follow up and liaise with Nick and Colleen.

• Numbers are just under the required amount for an 11th teacher.
So, no changes to classes. No demountable so far.

furbished. Stage will move. Library and Music room will be used
