Village Board Moment
1.Citizen Concerns- Mr.
Getman stated he will be
moving.
2. DPW Report It was
stated that the well
driller is 100 down, into
rock, and the casing is
set. Mayor Golden
stated that the boil
water advisory is
required to be put into
place even though the
water we are hauling is
Phillys treated water
due to the manner in
which it is being
pumped. The advisory is
removed once samples
have been analyzed and
test negative for any
bacteria.
3. Sewer Project -The
Village received a
$750,000 grant from Rural
Development that we were
in danger of not being able
to use as costs for the
project came in much
lower than expected. RD
had taken the stance that
they would only pay for
work included in the
original engineering report
but has decided to allow
us to do extra work at the
WWTP only.

meeting is Nov. 12

licensing contracts
between the Towns and
the County, negotiations
of new contracts will be
necessary for the
upcoming year due to

within the County.

fuel tank at the highway
barn.

they are all finished with
screening sand for winter.
The snowplows are
