Unfathomable Coerce

I'm becoming brain dead.

Like a herd of oxen, stationed on a ship.
Upon my back, I endured their whip!
Tearing into my flesh, excruciating agony.

Constrained over the enormous water on an excursion.

Living in murkiness with little to eat.
The vibe of chains around my feet.
Amidst tortured cries, the ship did shake.

Waves pounded the frame with relentless beat.

Only once a day, would we see the sky.
Colossal sails, caused the ship to fly.
Further and further away from my home.

Feeling confounded not understanding why!

A white demon, controlled the wooden ship.
Every one of his mates malicious with scabbed foul lips.
Yet we, relied on upon them for our lives.

Without them, into the sea we had slip.

The excursion long, felt like an unfathomable length of time!
I yearned to be anyplace however on the ocean.
My mind possessed with musings of my home.

yet, I could not escape this shocking adversary!

Sick and dying were compelled to walk the board.
Then into the chilly water they rapidly sank.
The sailors chuckled, as the last man was hurled!

Their spirits bolstered with the rum they drank.

Many days later we finally made land.
A lump of stone and wood, I could glimpse no sand.
Split of the whip, we rose to our feet.

Sits before us, broke into fiery debris

All that we've amassed
"Off of my ship!"was the devil's final command!
And we sure as hell have nothing now.
