have known her since August 2016, and can speak both to her ability and to her

As my colleague, Theresa has always impressed me as someone skilled with 
advanced critical thinking and competency in creating lesson plans and teaching. As 
a teammate, she always comes to staff meetings prepared with intelligent questions 
and incisive comments. When working with other staff members, she is a natural 
leader and is always thoughtful of others. She listens to and encourages her 
colleagues. Finally, Theresa is an extremely hard worker, one who is open-minded 
creative, and passionate when working with students. 
 
Theresa is a talented, good-natured, smart, and reliable teacher. I am confident that
