SECTION-A (THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE 1890)
Q-1. Define and distinguish between any FOUR of the following:

Q-2. How an absconder is declared a proclaimed offender? State the procedure under which

Q-5What do you mean by “Fair Rent? State what factors are required to take into
consideration for fixing Fair Rent?

(i)The word Tenant does include wife and children of the deceased tenant.
(ii)A person who is for the time being authorized to collect rent is also a
Landlord.
(iii)Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance applied to the rented premises situated within Urban
