PREFACE

Learning comes from doing. To learn something one has to go

through Practical conditions. Recognizing this fact, the University
has made it essential for Computer Science students to undergo
Industrial Training during our vacations. During this period, the
student learns about the functioning of the organization and the
actual business environment.

College Management are the most frequently used in many

of the colleges and universities. Oracle9i Data Guard or Oracle8i
Standby Databases to provide database recovery that meets the
essential disaster recovery solution for Oracle databases, and also
survives mistakes, corruptions, and disasters such as earthquakes
and hurricanes.

This project describes Csharp window based applications

concepts and helps you configure and implement standby
databases that can take over production operations if your
primary database becomes unusable.

This project report was prepared during the training period in

NIIT ,Chandigarh. During this period, an effort was made to
understand the USSD & Flexi Operations of Cellebrum
 Technologies Ltd. and to finish the project assigned to me. This
report lays special emphasis on the operational work, tasks and
projects carried out during the training period.
