How to Scan to a Shared Network Location in Xerox 5330 / 5955 / 7220

First, press on the Home Button on your Printer.

The Following Screen will show up.

Second, Press on the “Network Scanning” Button on the touch screen.

Third, You will be redirected to this Menu.
All the settings are setup by the organization, so you only have to Press the Scan button (The Big button
on the bottom right of your Xerox Printer) , and the file will be scanned.

Fourth, Go to the FS shortcut on your Desktop, then Navigate to : Shared\Scan

Fifth, Search for the printer you scanned from.

The first two letters represent the location you are in and the number represents the Printer Model

Go to the folder and check the document you scanned.
