Take Care of the Team

Tenacious Effort: Finish every drill, every rep, & every play with maximum exertion.
-Finish each play knowing that you gave your all and you are happy with your results.
-Driving through with the mindset that you are the best player on the field.
-You will bury the person in front of you without remorse.
-Be an animal on the field.
-All about completing your task. Never give up. Give 110% effort.
-Complete conditioning.
-Watch film.
-Don’t walk on the field.
-Don’t do reps with half effort.
-Do all of the workout.
-Touch the line on sprints
-Don’t skip reps or sets.
-Have the ability to keep fighting (and win) in close games.
-Never give up in tough situations (practice or games)

-Practice=Games; Seniors need to make this happen

Competitive Excellence: Discipline to do the things necessary to make yourself better.

-Know that you’re the right one but also know when you’re wrong.
-Don’t get in trouble on or off the field.
-As a player and teammate, you have to be disciplined.
-Keep your composure and make the right decisions.
-Have to always give it your all.
-Do your job to the best of your ability.

-We as leaders this year need to set a new culture. Underclassmen would try to appeal to seniors by
goofing off. Let’s change that through: Speech, actions, team meetings, holding each other accountable.

-If you don’t have faith in your team then something needs to be said because I can’t trust you with all
of the other factors of being a Bulldog
