Formulate a

Master Plan

Phase #1:

Contact and consult with experts in the fields of both special


education and music therapy.

● Empowerment from Young Age


● Connection through Music
● Inclusion in Mainstream Classes
Phase #2a:

Search for a practical way to tackle our issue. Options include:

● Teaching kids with special needs


● Ask for donations from music stores
● Fundraising
● Music therapy sessions
● Work with PALS/Link Crew
Phase #2b:

And our chosen course of action is....

Music therapy session at Capital School of Austin!


Phase #3:

● Write a series of letters to various organizations around town


and meet asking for donations.
● We’ll use the instruments to play music with kids at the Capitol
School of Austin.
● April 3rd and April 4th.
Phase #4:

Failsafe: If we’re unable to make time to visit, we’ll make sure that we’ve got
the instruments to give the teachers.

Failsafe: If donations are unavailable, we’ll raise funds to buy the instruments
ourselves.

Ultimate Failsafe: If all else fails, we’ll pray for a hail mary to swoop in and
save us.
