Adolf Hitler - The New Order and The Holocaust, Rise of Fascism

Guten Nachmittag! Ich bin Adolf Hitler. Good afternoon folks, my name is Adolf
Hitler. I am leader of the Nazi party and the dictator and chancellor of Germany. I was
born in Braunau am Inn in Austria-Hungary. I died in Berlin, Germany--committed
suicide. I am well-known for the beginning of World War 2 and the Holocaust.
I was born on April 20, 1899. I didn’t have a really happy family background. My
dear mother died at a very young age, and so did my father. I also lost some of my
siblings as well. We used to live in Germany, but eventually moved to Vienna, Austria.
I got bad grades at schools and later on, expelled. After I moved to Vienna, my
dream career was to become an architect. I wasn’t talented in art, therefore I became
poor. I then moved to Munich, Germany to achieve my dream.
During World War 1, I joined the military. I was proud. I was awarded twice with
the Iron Cross for bravery. At that time, I started to love Wars.
After we German defeated the World War 1, we needed to sign for the the Treaty
of Versailles. We were blamed to be responsible for the war to start, and we lost some
of our land. This also led to economic depression. Our people became poor. But on the
other hand, I saw the opportunity to rise my power.
Since I am gifted in giving speeches, I joined the politics. I could persuade people
and encourage them to fight. I then joined Nazi party. Time passed by, I’ve become its
leader. I’ve promised our people that if I became the leader, I would restore Germany
greatness in Europe.
My idol was Benito Mussolini. He’s an Italian guy. I studied about him and
applied his fascist government to his own, then I’ve become the dictator. This meant
that I fully owned the power to control people in the country. This was easy to organize,
and it inspired people to be royal to their homeland.
In my opinion, Germany needed more land or "living space" in order to expand. I
first joined Austria as part of Germany and then took over part of Czechoslovakia. This
wasn't enough, however. On September 1, 1939 We did invade Poland and World War
II began. We German formed an alliance with the Axis Powers of Japan and Italy. We
fought the Allied Powers of Britain, France, the Soviet Union, and the United States.
At the end, we lost the war. I committed suicide to escape my sentence.
As you all have heard about the Holocaust. Yes, I was its leader. Here is the
point why I chose to make it. First and foremost, I was claimed to have Jewish blood,
but mother never told me about it. I used to work with Jewish people, and they treated
me poorly since I was a child. These Jewish people supported Communism which
wasn’t gonna be good to my dictator position and were believed to be a threat to Aryan
supremacy. The ideology of Nazism was based upon the conception of the ancient
Aryan race being a superior race, holding the highest position in the racial hierarchy and
that the Germanic peoples were the most racially pure existing peoples of Aryan stock.
Furthermore, they were blamed to be the ones who made Germany lose the world war.
I then took control of things with the help of the SS leader Heinrich Himmler by replacing
everybody with Germans, this was called the New Order. Other people, including the
Jews, they were killed by the process called the Final Solution. It was the codename for
our Holocaust in Auschwitz.
During World War II when the Nazis would take over a city in Europe, we would
force all of the Jewish people into one area of town. This area was called a ghetto and
was fenced in with barbed wire and guarded. There was little food, water, or medicine
available. It was also very crowded with multiple families sometimes sharing a single
room to live in. All Jewish people were eventually to be brought to concentration camps.
They were told they were relocating to a new and better place, but this was not the
case. Concentration camps were like prison camps. People were forced to do hard
labor. The weak were quickly killed or died of starvation. Some camps even had gas
chambers. People would be led into the chambers in large groups only to be killed with
poison gas.
Now you folks might be wondering what are some positive contribution I have
made despite the bad ones aka the Holocaust. You all would never imagine that I
brought one of the great successes; the Volkswagen, and to complement it: The
Autobahn. It was the idea of putting together a car with an air-cooled rear engine,
torsion bar suspension, and a "beetle" shape, the front hood rounded for better
aerodynamics.
The idea of Fascism was spread and well-known in terms of oligarchy,
absolutism, dictatorship and totalitarianism.
I also encouraged anti-tobacco campaign. After German doctors became the first
to identify the link between smoking and lung cancer, Nazi Germany initiated a strong
anti-tobacco movement and led the first public anti-smoking campaign in modern
history.
We Nazi also supported poor people. We created many of the social systems
such as welfare, cleaning of water supplies, bans on lead and mercury from consumer
products and breast cancer screenings.
We were involved in Economic Growth. During the early-mid Third Reich,
Germany prospered. This was one reason why people liked him so much, I mean, who
wouldn't want someone in power who made them wealthy. WIthout me, German
economy wouldn’t have risen since the Great Depression.
We have made some Technological Innovations: The Nazi's developed a key
piece of technology that might be over your head right now. The jet engine.
Lastly, I encouraged people to respect and love their fatherland, their home
country.
