Sir/Madam:

Good day!

This is to formally inform you that I am resigning from my position as Service

crew of Greenwich, Robinsons Place Branch.

My resignation will be effective on November 15, 2017.

I appreciate the opportunity I have been given by this company but my body
can no longer keep up. I’ve became sickly in the past few weeks yet I still tried
to cope with the responsibilities I was assigned to and continued to work even
though my body was already weakening. I am a very determined person, willing
to surpass anything but I strongly believe that health is above all important
than other things.

I badly need to rest, my health is what’s at stake. More early as I could, I had
decided to quit than to cause more trouble and make things more complicated.
Aside from that, my sister who is working at Sigma, Capiz is about to move
there with her two daughters and no one will accompany her in attending her
kids especially her two months old baby. Due to these reasons, I have come up
with this decision.

I do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

I hope you will deeply consider my situation. Thank you.
