Grade 5 - Scales

Write a one-octave F harmonic minor scale in minims, ascending then descending. DO NOT use key signature.

Write a one-octave B♭ melodic minor scale in crotchets, ascending then descending. DO NOT use key signature.

Using quavers, write a broken chord using B♭ major tonic triad (going up). Use patterns of 4 notes each time, and finish
on the first B above the staves.

Write a one-octave C# melodic minor scale in semibreves, descending then ascending. DO NOT use key signature.

Using triplet quavers, write a broken chord using D major tonic triad (going down). Use patterns of 3 notes each time, and
finish on the first F below the staves.

Write one-octave G pentatonic major scale in crotchets, descending then ascending. Use the correct key signature.

Write a one-octave G# melodic minor scale in minims, descending then ascending. DO NOT use key signature.
