Ginoo kung Jesucristo nagabasol ako sa akong mga sala nga tanan sa

bug-os kung kasingkasing tungod sa kahadlok nako sa imong mga silot apan
labaw sa tanan tungod kay nahigugma ako kanimo.
O Dios ko, hingpit nga kayo ug takos sa akong gugma nagasaad ako sa
dili na pagpakasala pag usab ug likayan ko na ang mga kahigayunan sa
pagpakasala. Amen.

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my
sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell. But most of all
because I have offended you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all
my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to
do penance and to amend my life. Amen.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name; Thy Kingdom
come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we
forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil. Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was
in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with you. Blessed are you among
women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
