Culture Writing
From my point of view culture determines the way children are brought up and
culture, being Mexican American has taught me a lot about how other cultures
raise their children different from us. To some point I believe that we are all
raised similar, only that culture is produced by variations in the behaviors and
beliefs of our parents. In my culture, Mexican culture has a very rich heritage of
both Indian and Spanish ancestry which has great influence on how children have
separation of labor by gender. For example, females are taught to be helpful in the
household, to be respectful, and to be obedient to what your parents agree for you
to do, rather than the male who is expected to be dominant and take control of
themselves. From my experience, I believe that the rules my parents have laid on
me have been very helpful because they have taught me to have much respect for
myself and others as well as being alert on how people in this world function.
In today’s time, in my culture I am glad to say that the social interaction rate
among Mexicans, Hispanics, and Latinos has expanded greatly over the years.
for people with different types of social backgrounds to interact and help people
who need assistance to better their knowledge for people who are in need for a
members because family will always be there for you no matter what the
circumstances are which allows you and your family members to express your
needs, wants, and concerns for one another. From my point of view open and
differences as well as love and care for one another. Building relationships with
friends is as highly important as well, because it is a need that all human beings
need in throughout life starting from your early childhood to adulthood. Building
emotional, and spiritual well-being and is perhaps one of the most important keys
to happiness in life.
