    SBG Broth Base

    (Selenite Brilliant Green Broth Base, for isolation of Salmonella)

    Directions SBG Sulfa Medium is more suitable than this

    Suspend 19.7 g of the dehydrated medium and 4.0 g of medium for the isolation of Salmonella from eggs
