Guidelines for Private Institutions/Schools Registration

Documents Required for New Registration

Three copies of registration file along with following documents are required for new registration:

 Original Registration Fee Challans (A/C No. 02807) according to the following fee:

Inspection Fee Registration Fee

High School H.S.S. 1,000 Per Year 7,000

Middle / Primary School 500 Per Year 5,000

 Approved map of the school building


 An attested Affidavit showing name of school, level, owner’s name
 Copy of Rent deed / Ownership deed
 Printed Prospectus and Admission Form
 Teachers Appointment order and their Testimonials
 Building Fitness Certificate from registered engineer or registered architect
 Hygienic Condition Certificate from DHO, Health Department
 Rules & Regulations of the Institution
 Memorandum of the Association in case of Registered Body
 Registration Certificate in case of NGO / Association / Body / Registered by Authority Joint Stock /
Social Welfare Department

Documents Required For Extension in Registration

Registration for limited period is granted to privately managed educational institutions by the government.
About three months before the date of expiry of registration period mentioned in the registration
certificate, the management of institution is to apply for extension in registration before the registration
authority. The following documents are required with the application for extension in registration:
 Previous copy of registration
 Bank Challan of annual inspection fee at the rate mentioned above in Government Head of A/C.
No. C02807 in the State Bank of Pakistan / National Bank of Pakistan
 The latest staff statement, with names of the teachers, date of appointment, qualification and
salary
 Student’s enrollment
 The class wise fee structure of the Institution
