We are currently staffing a Desktop/Helpdesk Support team. Positions open for Junior (1-3
years), Seniors (3+ years)

Job Description:
Actively work on managing the call volume received by the desk
Identify, escalate and follow up on critical issues with other internal groups and/or vendors.
Handle outage escalations to Operations group.
Handle escalations from junior engineers, branch management & senior management.
Answer client calls and identify the nature of the problems in a timely manner.
Conduct first-level problem diagnosis and determine the most effective standard methods to
restore service.
Remotely troubleshoot problems until resolution.
Timely escalate appropriate issues and events to respective application group owners.
Timely identify and immediately dispatch all hardware issues to external vendor.
Assist external vendors in troubleshooting and resolving all hardware issues onsite.
Establish reasonable expectations with clients during initial call through priority identification.
Conduct follow-up calls to clients, external vendors, and internal resolver/application groups.
Act as a liaison between clients, external vendors, and various TI areas.

Required Skills:
Proven Helpdesk/Desktop Support within a busy, high volume call environment
Experience supporting PC's, Laptops, servers and networking
Knowledge of windows Operating systems (W2K and XP)
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (2000 and above)
Strong networking skills especially with TCP/IP

Keane currently seeks an Informatica developer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Project Description:
This position will be responsible for data preparation and validation including the following: ETL report
preparation and creation, data analysis and report development for the data from the various data
centers and automating the extraction of data from the SharePoint files and loading it into the
databases.

Qualified candidates must have:

� SQL (data mining /database design)
� Shell scripting and/or Perl
� Data Warehousing
� UNIX/Linux user/admin

 Technical Support Analyst

Keane currently seeks a UNIX Support Analyst to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

This position will be responsible for monitoring and responding to system alerts for back end
issues (webserver, database, etc) in a Unix environment, responding to user requests relating to
the application (from intelligent users, not a call center type call) and assisting in the stability of
the application (doing code changes, random application checks, etc). There is shift work
required, which right now is a rotation between days and nights.

Qualified candidates must have:

� 2 years Databases and SQL (Sybase, Oracle or Equivalent)
� 2 years UNIX (Shell or Perl Scripting)
