Tamse Maj. 011417 PA (Ret.) RAM Riders - Commanding Officer
Dear Major Tamse,
We would like to file against your RAM member Ms. Marilou
Abaquita for her swindling to our company Fil-Crest Co. located at Jericho St., Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City. Last June 2016, we requested Ms. Abaquita who operates Abaquita Car Insurance situated at Bulua Highway for renewing our company pick up manual registration and changing to a new registration under computerized system. After we gave her the asking price Php 8,200.00 for insurance and new registration expenses, she promised to release the new registration within one month. After several follow ups and frustrations with her bad communication, she gave us a new fake registration instead last December 2016. We decided to file against her with police blotter and barangay lupon last 26th day of January 2017. We are told that her office is always closed as per Barangay’s report. However, she fails to summon at Barangay court for 2nd time. Tomorrow 10th day of February, we will have a last meeting of Barangay Court. In view of this, we respectfully ask for you to intervene with her and to summon her to Barangay court. If she fails to attend, this compels us to move on to higher court. Attached herewith are police blotters from Bulua and Barangay Court’s letter to the defendant.
