    Dear Sir or Madam

    After reading about the forestry graduate programme in your web page I have
    applied for a vacancy in your prestigious Company. However, I could not access to
    the FAQ booklet, situation that let me with certain doubts related to the selection
    process which I cite in the following lines:

    - Are persons from all over the globe accepted in the programme?

    - Is the selection process going to be carried out only in Ireland?

    - The 22nd April I filled the online application form but due to connection problems
    the first template I sent and the last one had a three hours interval. Is it registered
    in your database?

    - If I need to add important information, for example the referees phone numbers,
    to whom should I write?
