MEDICAL JURISPRUDENCE

Medical Jurisprudence is a recent concept which has evolved in modern science.


There are many facets of medical jurisprudence which are still creates an
ambiguity in jurisprudential system of law and medical science. In simple words
the medical jurisprudence can be defined as the branch of Law with relation to
medical science. In the modern times application of medical science has brought
much experimentation which is directly connected to human mankind. The
researcher will incorporate the various facets of medical science with consonance
to its legality and jurisprudential liability in connection with different schools.
The researcher will also mention the fundamental and core jurisprudential
requirements that a medical experts should take into consideration while
investigating there consistent duty.

Law and Medical are two different concepts, the subject matter of both fields
differs in term of various conditions but the fundamental theme of both the field
depends upon the jurisprudential aspect. Jurisprudence is the basic of every law
and a result any breach in medical ethics or profession there is an intervention of
Law as a result of which jurisprudence has a crucial role in determining the
factors involve medical science with consonance to Law. The Law is structured in
different set-up which consists of many ambiguities of medical jurisprudence.
The researcher will emphasize the overall provisions of medical jurisprudence
and its recourse under the Law.

METHODOLOGY-
The researcher will follow the various apex court judgements and statues which
incorporates the provision of medical jurisprudence. The researcher will also be
reluctant on the fundamental principles of jurisprudence and relate it with the
various schools so that a connectivity can be inferred through aforesaid research
material .
