Subhani S/O Abdul ravuf (muslim), 48years old have been living in door number 54-18/2-6
siva puram colony(nearby LIC colony) Ramesh hospital road Vijayawada giving written statement report
to SHO Machavaram police station Vijayawada

Sir,

I have been living with my family with 3 children (2 female, 1-male) in above mentioned
address doing real estate business. On the occasion of my cousins marriage in pamaru all of my family
members went to Pamaru on 27/01/2018 at evening 4’o clock by car . To look at my home carefully I
offered SK. Humayun (my nephew), to stay at home in Vijayawada on 27/01/2018 night and I went to
pamaru on the same mid night by car. On 28/01/2018 at 7:30 pm SK.Humayun has called me and said
some theft has been took place in house then I have started immediately from pamaru with all of my
family members an reached Vijyawada. When we enter the house the southside bedrooms almari door
lock has been broken by rod and stolen the gold ornaments and some amount of 5000/- cash from the
Almari stand. When I have asked SK.Humayun about the incident he said on 28/01/2018 evening 6.00
PM he went to chai near by amma kalyana mandapam by locking the house main door and when he
reached the house on 1st floor our main door lock has been dismantled and all the lights were on in
house with all the clothes in bed room almari stand have been dislocated. He said then he have
immediately informed to me .so that I think some one had stolen the gold ornaments and 5000/- cash
from my home when my nephew was not at home .so I request to take necessary steps immediately on
the occurred incident.
