A) What do you consider to be the major challenges facing the profession today? How would you help position Dar Al-Handasah to
both meet and take advantages of these?

The Major challenge facing the engineering profession nowadays is finding the suitable person for the suitable job , many of recent
graduate students don’t find themselves in this profession ; that's because the way the system work in our culture most of the
students study engineering based on their parents will or other person motivation ignoring the that person interests and abilities.
  

B) In Dar Al-Handasah, we work in challenging environments and strive to develop solutions for our clients. How we get there is as
important as getting there. Describe an achievement (preferably non-academic), highlighting your approach to a problem you faced
as well as the solution you developed.

During my study period at the university I have recognised that students especially recent university students have some dificulties
to reach studying materials such as notebooks , softwares , or papers provided by doctors to the students . So I have came up with
an idea with the help of other students to creat a website for the mechanical engineering discipline and we called it "gearju.com" ,
the website contained all the materials and tools that could help the student from his entry to his graduate , the website was created
and programed by me to give the best experince when utlizing it .

C) What is your definition of leadership?

It is the act of Knowing how to achieve goals and inspire people along the way either by motivating the members of your team to be
their best selves or by guiding them to complete a particular task , a good leader is that who know what is the suitable position for
that suitable person.

 D) Often, new hires bring in a fresh, outside perspective during their first months at Dar Al-Handasah. We’re always interested in their
suggestions for improvement. If an idea or suggestion of yours would in your opinion bring significant improvements for Dar Al-
Handasah, how would you go about communicating it?

I would Let my supervisor know about it first , then I would go for the person that my suggestion will reflect on and I would express
the points of interests and how my suggestions could lead to further improvement or could lead to a solution to a problem , also I
would specify the points of strength and weakness for that suggested idea .

E) What is the most innovative thing you have done?

As I mentioned above creating this kind of a website and serving more than 10,000 user around the world made me feel like I could
do something in my community also creating an app that was linked to the website increased the popularity of it

F) What are your hobbies? Why are these hobbies satisfying to you?

I Like To Keep myself fit so I go the the gym 5 times a week and follow a strict fitness plan to improve your strength/stamina , I also
Like Programming because I think it is the most thing that could improve your thinking and logical skills also it helped me to solve
my everyday problems and helped me to deal with engineering softwares more wisely and efficiently.

Probably reference material. Things like how things work, how to do things, travel to areas that interest me.
