ANSWER

HERE COMES NOW THE ANSWER OF CONCERN PERSON/AGENCY,

respectfully states and avers that:

1. It is admitted that there were no trasmittal yet for Senior High School
Teachers and Employees of DepEd-Borongan City Division as of December
31, 2017;
2. This is due to some clarificatory issues with regards to the names of
employees as per GSIS and RPSU records and therefore RPSU could not be
able to remit such deducted premiums per employees;
3. Our Agency also denies that Senior High Schools Teachers did not come to
the office to ask concerned person in charge with the remittance of GSIS
Premiums;
