<등록금수납의뢰서-양식>
 1) 합격자 조회 페이지에서 등록금 고지서 출력 후 우리은행 전국지점 방문 납부 또는 고지서
상의 가상계좌로 납부
2) 납부 기간 중 본교홈페이지(http://international.hufs.ac.kr)에서 고지서 출력하여 납부
※ 등록 납부 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 합격이 취소됩니다.
※ 일부 장학생(IDS, 세종학당, OKF, 6.25 Scholarship)은 학교에서 학생에게 등록여부를
확인할 계획입니다. 해당 장학생은 등록금 고지서를 납부 하지 않아도 됩니다.

2. 표준입학허가서 발급 신청
가. 등록금을 납부한 합격자 중 비자발급을 위해 표준입학허가서가 필요한 경우, 아래의 링크에서
신청서를 2018. 02. 04(일)까지 반드시 작성하여 주시기 바랍니다. 신청서 작성 후 2주일 이내
받으실 수 있습니다. 최대한 빨리 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

8. 입학포기 및 환불
가. 본 대학 입학을 포기하고 납부한 예치금 또는 등록금 환불을 희망할 경우 아래의 서류를
구비하여 스캔본을 이메일로 송부하거나(intluga@hufs.ac.kr), 우리 대학 국제학생지원팀에
방문하여 제출하여야 합니다.

다. 등록 포기는 입학일 전(2018. 02. 28)까지 가능하여, 그 이후에는 예치금 또는 등록금

라. 2018학년도 1학기 신편입학 모집에 중복 합격한 학생들은 반드시 하나의 대학교에만 등록하여야

A. If the Certificate of Admission is needed for student visa issuance purpose, after submitting the

3. New Student Orientation

i) Certificate of graduation or diploma (Only for those graduating by February 2018)
ii) Certificate of graduation or diploma and official high school/college transcript(s) with apostille
certificates or consular stamps (Only for those who haven‘t submitted at the time of
application)
iii) Copy of health insurance (all international students must have health insurance. If not,
book rentals from library and issuances of various certificates will be limited.)

Dormitory entry is first-come-first-served basis. Students who wish to enter the dormitory should

8. Renunciation of Admission
A. In case of renunciation of admission, applicants must submit the below by
email (intluga@hufs.ac.kr) or visit the Office of International Students Services.
B. Documents to be submitted
i) Admission renunciation form (designated form available upon request)
ii) Copy of i.d card and bankbook(a bank in Korea)
 C. The deadline for renunciation of admission is before the start of the semester {February 28
(Wed),2018}, and a full refund will not be available after this period.
D. If a student is accepted by two or more universities for Spring 2018, he or she must select one
university for registration. Registration at more than one university may result in the cancellation
of admission to all enrolled universities.

9. 放弃入学申请以及学费退款事项
一. 放弃入学并申请学费退款者须提前准备好下端材料，访问我校办公室或发送下端材料到我校申请学费退
款专用邮箱 (intluga@hufs.ac.kr)
二. 材料清单
1) 入学资格放弃申请书(规定样式) 一式 (咨询国际学生事务办公室)
2) 入学资格放弃者 本人身份证复印件，学费缴纳银行通胀复印件 各一式
三. 放弃入学申请者必须在开学前(2018年2月28日)向我校递交该申请,未在截止日前向我校申请时，将不保
证可以得到全额退款保证金或登录金.
四. 合格者若同时被多所大学录取时，必须仅选择一所大学进行注册，违反该项规定将取消入学资格.
