My name is Diana Escalona. I am 17 years old and a Senior at Divine Savior Academy. I was
born in Hollywood, FL and have lived in South Florida my entire life.

Track team member throughout all High School years. Became Team Co-Captain in 2018
track season.

Choir member throughout entire High School career. Participated in singing with choir at
several Marlins baseball games and also participated with choir in the 50th annual WELS
Choral Festival in 2017.

School Ambassador for one year. Gave tours to prospective families in the Early Childhood
Wing, Elementary & Middle School building, and in the High School building.

Participated in Miami Rescue Mission service projects, particularly during Thanksgiving and
Christmas, serving food to the homeless.

I am well equipped to be a team worker and have proven this by being a participant in
several clubs such as Choir and the Track and Field team. I am also a creative writer, am
fluent in both English and Spanish, and am skilled in sharing both written and verbal
communications.

National Honour Society Member from 2016-2017. Member of National Society of High
School Scholars from 2017-present. Received High Honour Roll from 2014-2018. DSA
Track & Field Team Co-Captain in 2018.
