The second Fu tu re Bridg ing L eaders Prog ram (FBL P) is a yearlong leadership developm ent
prog ram and socialinnovationlaboratorybased onthe core principles of the Bridg ing
L eadership (BL ) fram ew ork , nam ely, Ow nership, Co- Ow nership, and Co- Creation. G iven
the prom ising resu lts of the fi rst FBL P that cu lm inated last M ay20 16, the A sianInstitu te
of M anag em ent TeaM Energ yCenter for Bridg ing L eadership (A IM TEC) is now calling all
you ng Filipinos nationw ide, ag es 18 to 28, to applyfor the second ru nof the FBL P.

Throu g h this fellow ship prog ram , the Filipino you th m ay enhance their collaborative
leadership and chang e m anag em ent capabilities to spark m eaning fu l innovations in their
org anizations and com m u nities. The FBL P 2 is a joint initiative of the A sianInstitu te
of M anag em ent (A IM ) and TeaM Energ yFou ndation, Inc. (TEFI) throu g h the Center for BL .
