0.4 EU Declaration of Conformity:

The above Standard has been identified as the harmonized standard that needs to be met before
declaring conformity with the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. This Report per this Standard can
serve as part of the documentation to be placed in the product Technical File as required by the
Directive. The existence of a Technical File is required to support the EU Declaration of
Conformity for this product. In addition to the Technical File, the Directive requires a "Declaration

3.2 Test Method

The test was performed in accordance with CISPR 16-2-1:2014, Initial measurements were
performed in peak and average detection modes on the live line. Any emissions recorded within
30dB of the relevant limit lines were re-measured using quasi-peak and average detection on the
live and neutral lines with the worst case recorded in the table of results.

3.4 EUT Configuration on Test

The equipment under test (EUT) was configured to measure its highest possible radiation level.
The test modes were adapted accordingly in reference to the instructions for use.

3.5 Operating Condition of EUT

3.5.1 Setup the EUT as shown in Section 3.1.
3.5.2 Turn on the power of all equipment.
3.5.3 Let the EUT work in loaded mode

3.6 Test Procedure

The EUT and simulators are connected to the main power through a line impedance stabilization
network (L.I.S.N.). This provides a 50ohm/50μH coupling impedance for the measuring
equipment. The peripheral devices are also connected to the main power through a L.I.S.N. that
provides a 50ohm/50μH coupling impedance with 50ohm termination.

Both sides of AC line are checked for maximum conducted interference. In order to find the
maximum emission, the relative positions of equipment and all of the interface cable s must be
change according to CISPR 16-2-1 on conducted measure. The bandwidth of the field strength
meter is set at 9 kHz.

3.7 Test Result

The frequency range 0.15 MHz to 30 MHz was investigated. The emission from the EUT was
below the specified limits. The worst case emissions are shown in Appendix 1.

4.5.2 Turn on the power of all equipment.
4.5.3 Let the EUT work in loaded mode

Page 13/36
Report # E160510426

4.6 Test Procedure

The EUT and its simulators are placed on a turn table which is 0.8 meter (or 1.5 meters) above
ground. The turn table can rotate 360 degrees to determine the position of the maximum
emission level. The EUT was positioned such that the distance from antenna to the EUT was 3
meters.

The antenna can move up and down between 1 meter and 4 meters to find out the maximum
emission level.

Both horizontal and vertical polarizations of the antenna are set on measurement. In order to find
the maximum emission, all of the interface cables must be manipulated according to CISPR
16-2-3 on radiated measurement. The receiver is measured with the quasi-peak detector. The
bandwidth of the field strength meter is set at 120 kHz.

4.7 Test Result

The frequency range 30 MHz to 1000 MHz was investigated. The emission from the EUT was
below the specified limits. The worst case emissions are shown in Appendix 2.

7.4 EUT Configuration on Test

against the tested phenomena. The test modes were adapted accordingly in reference to the
instructions for use.

7.5 Operating Condition of EUT

7.5.1 Setup the EUT as shown in section 7.1.2
7.5.2 Turn on the power of all equipment.
7.5.3 Let the EUT work in loaded mode

7.6 Test Procedure

7.6.1 Air Discharge:
This test is done on a non-conductive surface. The round discharge tip of the discharge electrode
shall be approached as fast as possible to touch the EUT. After each discharge, the discharge
electrode shall be removed from the EUT. The generator is then re-triggered for a new single
discharge and repeated 10 times for each pre-selected test point. This procedure shall be
repeated until all the air discharge completed.

7.6.2 Contact Discharge:

All the procedure shall be same as section 9.6.1 except that the tip of the discharge electrode
shall touch the EUT before the discharge switch is operated.

7.6.3 Indirect discharge for horizontal coupling plane

At least 20 single discharge (10 with positive and 10 with negative polarity) hall be applied to the
horizontal coupling plane, at points on each side of the EUT. The discharge electrode’s position
is vertically at a distance of 0.1m from the EUT and with the discharge electrode touching the
coupling plane.

7.6.4 Indirect discharge for vertical coupling plane

At least 20 single discharge (10 with positive and 10 with negative polarity) shall be applied to
the center of one vertical edge of the coupling plane. The coupling plane, of dimensions 0.5m X
0.5m, is placed parallel to, and positioned at a distance of 0.1m from the EUT. Discharges shall
be applied to the coupling plane, with this plane in sufficient different positions that the four faces
of the EUT are completely illuminated.

7.7 Test Result

The measurement of the electrostatic discharge was investigated and the test result is listed on
next pages. Acceptance criterion was met and the EUT passed the test.
