0. General Information
0.1 Manufacturer's General Information:
EN 61000-6-1:2007
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) -
Part 6-1: Generic standards -Immunity for residential, commercial and light-industrial
environments
EN 61000-6-3:2007/A1:2011/AC:2012
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) -
Part 6-3: Generic standards - Emission standard for residential, commercial and light-industrial
environments
The above Standard has been identified as the harmonized standard that needs to be met before
declaring conformity with the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. This Report per this Standard can
serve as part of the documentation to be placed in the product Technical File as required by the
Directive. The existence of a Technical File is required to support the EU Declaration of
Conformity for this product. In addition to the Technical File, the Directive requires a "Declaration
of Conformity" to the applicable standards (and/or Directives) and the affixing of the CE Marking
to the product or its packaging.

Where relevant, the following measurement uncertainty levels have been estimated for tests
performed on the EUT as specified in CISPR 16-4-2:
Measurement Frequency Uncertainty
Conducted emissions 9kHz to 30MHz +/- 3.59dB
Radiated electromagnetic 9kHz to 30MHz +/- 4.77dB
30MHz to 230MHz +/- 4.77dB
Horizontal
230MHz to 300MHz +/- 4.93dB
Radiated emissions
30MHz to 230MHz +/- 5.04dB
Vertical
230MHz to 1000MHz +/- 4.93dB
This uncertainty represents an expanded uncertainty expressed at approximately the
95% confidence level using a coverage factor of k=2.

Both sides of AC line are checked for maximum conducted interference. In order to find the
maximum emission, the relative positions of equipment and all of the interface cable s must be
change according to CISPR 16-2-1 on conducted measure. The bandwidth of the field strength
meter is set at 9 kHz.

The antenna can move up and down between 1 meter and 4 meters to find out the maximum
emission level.
Both horizontal and vertical polarizations of the antenna are set on measurement. In order to find
the maximum emission, all of the interface cables must be manipulated according to CISPR
16-2-3 on radiated measurement. The receiver is measured with the quasi-peak detector. The
bandwidth of the field strength meter is set at 120 kHz.

11.6 Test Procedure
1) Set up the EUT, CDN and test generators as shown on Section 11.1.2
2) Let the EUT work in test mode and test it.
3) The EUT are placed on an insulating support 0.1m high above a ground reference plane.
CDN (coupling and decoupling device) is placed on the ground plane about 0.3m from EUT.
Cables between CDN and EUT are as short as possible, and their height above the ground
reference plane shall be between 30 and 50 mm (where possible).
4) The disturbance signal described below is injected to EUT through CDN.
5) The EUT operates within its operational mode(s) under intended climatic conditions after
power on.
6) The frequency range is swept from 150 kHz to 80 MHz using 3V signal level, and with the
disturbance signal 80% amplitude modulated with a 1 kHz sine wave.
7) The rate of sweep shall not exceed 1.5*10-3decades/s. Where the frequency is swept
incrementally, the step size shall not exceed 1% of the start and thereafter 1% of the
preceding frequency value.
8) Recording the EUT operating situation during compliance testing and decide the EUT
immunity criterion.
