Bill of Resolution

Section 1: Minimum wage should be raised to ten dollars per hour in the state of
PA
Section 2: A worker should receive time and a half if they work over time.
Section 3: Fines if this law is broken. 1st offences $500, 2nd $1000, 3rd 2,000 and
jail time.
Section 4: Jail time will be based off of how many times and the severity of the
offense.
Section 5: Companies must report they understand the change in minimum wage.
Section 6: This shall be put in effect one year after being passed.
