Job Role & Responsibilities:

 Functioned as a NDT Technician for various clients carried out testing of Pipelines, nozzles, gas & pressure
pipelines, vessels, shell, and plates.

 Thickness survey on piping, equipment’s, Raw Material plates, Rods, Anchor Rings.

 Carried out Various NDT inspection like UT, MT, PT for static equipment such as Vessel, columns, heat
exchangers, reactors, boilers, storage tanks etc.

 Review and prepare of NDT reports as per the project specifications.

 Carried out Ultrasonic thickness gauging, Penetrant Testing on weld joints ,power boiler, drums, water wall
panel and welding test plate as per ASME standard, conducting testing.

 Evaluation of NDT and visual examination reports to monitor.

 Carried out Visual Inspection, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging.

 Carry out all aspects of non destructive and visual examinations in accordance with codes and standards.

 NDT inspection of pressure vessel, storage tank, pipelines ,Boiler, exchanger, furnace, heater etc. 100% DPI
