UNDERTAKING

of IIM Indore, hereby undertake the following terms and conditions of the International
Student Exchange Process:

That, I am liable to be penalized with INR 1,00,000/- in case I withdraw from the process
after being allocated a seat in the final bid. I also declare that my Parents/Guardians are
aware of and accept this penalty structure.

That, I understand that my allotment is based on the current standing of the number of
seats IIM Indore has with its partner universities, which might be subject to change due to
external factors. In any such case, the allotted seats might have to be cancelled, and no
reshuffling will be done. The International Exchange Committee and the Institute
management will not be liable for the occurrence of any such event.

I further affirm that I have carefully read and fully understood the provisions contained
under the rules of the International Student Exchange process and agree to strictly abide by
them, failing which I will be liable to suitable action as per the institute.
