MOTION
APPLICATION: Reopening
ORDER:
The respondent, a native and citizen of Honduras, who has Temporary Protected Status, has
filed a motion to reopen her removal proceedings. The Department of Homeland Security has not
opposed the motion. In consideration of Ramirez v. Brown, 852 F.3d 954 (9th Cir. 2017),
proceedings are reopened sua sponte under the provisions of 8 C.F.R. § 1003.2(a), and the record
is remanded to the Immigration Judge to provide the respondent an opportunity to demonstrate her
