-If there are 2 or more exams in a year at least one must be held on a weekday.

-If 1 exam is given it must be held on a weekday

- a refresher course must be required if an examinee have failed 3 times

-registration number

-signed by all members of the board & chairperson

The decision of the PRB will become final after 15 days (violations)

Results of the examination must be submitted within 10 days

Subjects for licensure examinations must be taught by a professional

Authority to use income of 45,000 pesos per year for a period of 5 yrs after implementation

Penalties

-manipulates result, make know questions, tampers grade

~~50,000 to 100,000

~~Removed from office if he/she is an officer/employee

- Accomplices ~~ 4 yrs and 1 day to 6 years
~~ 20,000 to 49,000.

-accessories ~~ 2 yrs and 1 day to 4 yrs

~~ 5,000 to 19,000

-violating sec 7~~6 months and 1 day to 6 yrs

 ~~50,000 to 500,000

9 days after the approval of the act the rules and regulations will be promulgated

PRC and PRB will promulgate IRR within 6 months after the effectivity of ACT.
