To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter on behalf of Leslie Gutierrez. I have known Leslie for three years, having served as
her Biology and Biotechnology teacher at ECHS. Leslie has proven to be resourceful and perseverant
individual and has taken a variety of science classes which will aid her in becoming a diagnostic
sonographer.

Leslie is a self assured, considerate and an adventurous person. She works well independently and
collaboratively. She has persisted in Biotechnology, a two year college level, lab science class. As a
biotech student Leslie has gained valuable training in lab safety, aseptic techniques, and various lab skills
that can be applied to her field of choice and help her succeed. Her determination to earn a college will
allow her to achieve her goals and result in her future success. If you have any questions, please feel
