Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

The premise behind Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is that every student

receives content in various ways and have academic needs meet in class, or school.

Teachers must plan all activities in advance with the materials needed and address

any obstacles before class. In addition, UDL allows every student to learn the same

content in multiple ways; the content is not oversimplified unless it is necessary.

UDL has multiple means of:

3. Action and expression such as a poster:


Furthermore, all students benefit from UDL.
