Besides online purchase, voucher has to be stamped from outlet or include invoice from

Voucher / tiket yang telah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar atau dikembalikan
dalam bentuk apapun, kecuali bila dinyatakan lain oleh promotor.
All tickets/vouchers are non-refundable, except when stated otherwise by the promoter.

Panitia berhak menolak voucher yang dianggap mencurigakan

The Organizer and Event Officials reserves the right to refuse vouchers that are
considered suspicious (forgery / duplication) and not responsible for lost vouchers.

Tiket dengan nomor bangku ditentukan berdasarkan waktu pembelian

dan tidak dapat ditukar atau dipilih.
Tickets with numbered seats are allocated base on time of purchase and cannot be
exchanged.

Pemegang Tiket secara sukarela menanggung semua risiko dan bahaya

yang terkait dengan acara tersebut baik yang terjadi sebelum, selama
atau setelah konser yang sebenarnya, termasuk kematian, cedera,
kehilangan, kerusakan atau tanggung jawab.
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether
occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual concert, including any death,
personal injury, loss, damage or liability

Ketentuan Panitia adalah mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
