If you have internet connection:
In front of a staff member, open the Traveloka app and go to the My Booking page.
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem".
Select the voucher(s) that you would like to redeem, then swipe the button at the bottom of the page.
Please ensure that vouchers are swiped in front of the staff. Vouchers that have been previously swiped will no
longer be valid for redemption.
If you are not connected to the internet:
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem" to view the voucher's QR code.
Show the QR code to the staff.

1 ticket is valid for 1 person and for a single entry.

If the total number of passengers in 1 car is 5 people, you have to buy 5 tickets – can be represented in 1
transaction. Make sure the person making the transaction is in the same car because the ticket is not
transferable and non-refundable.
For ticket verification at the event, it is mandatory to bring a valid ID card according to the name of the ticket
buyer. The ticket will be verified with the buyer's ID card at the entrance.
Make sure you bring proof of transaction and confirmation of ticket purchase.
Tickets are valid for all ages.
Tickets cannot be returned/transferred/exchanged for money.
The committee will provide organized direction and security in the drive-thru area.
All visitors are expected to follow the directions of the event committee.
The event committee and the mall are not responsible for any damage – in the event of an accident/damage
caused by the negligence/action of the visitor – whether intentionally or unintentionally.
This event is not recommended and may pose risks for pregnant women, young children, people with heart
