E-Card must be activated no later than the visit date selected at the time of purchase. E-Card activation cannot
be done after the selected visit date.
If you visit Dufan on your selected visit date without activating the E-Card, the ticket will only be valid for 1x visit.
If the activation passed the selected visit date, then the ticket will no longer be valid.

The park's operating hours are subject to change at any time without prior notice according to health protocols
and policies from local authorities.
E-Card must be activated no later than the visit date selected at the time of purchase. E-Card activation cannot
be done after the selected visit date.
If you visit Dufan on your selected visit date without activating the E-Card, the ticket will only be valid for 1x visit.
If the activation passed the selected visit date, then the ticket will no longer be valid.
For the next visit, it is mandatory to make a reservation before the visit by entering (input) the E-card number at:
reservation.ancol.com and as long as the quota is available.
If there is misuse of the E-Card, the E-Card will be deactivated.
Ancol appreciates your participation in adhering to the protocol from the government to protect everyone,
together.
Visitors will be asked to input ID Number and show vaccination certificate through the Jakarta Kini (JAKI)
application, or Pedulilindungi application or vaccination certificate in printed form at the gate before entering.
This ticket is valid for a single entry.
Operating attractions: Baling-Baling, Istana Boneka, Arung Jeram, Halilintar, Tornado, Bianglala, Kora-Kora,
Gajah Beledug, Zig-Zag, New Ontang-Anting, Alap-Alap, Burung Tempur, Ombang-Ombang, PociPoci,
Turangga-Rangga, Kolibri, and Paralayang.
Operational rides may change at any time without prior notice.
Children under 12 years old are allowed entry to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol as long as they are accompanied by
a parent who has received at least the 1st dose of COVID-19 vaccine and always follow the applied health
protocols (including 3M) while inside the premises.
Visitors are required to undergo a body temperature check upon entering the area. Visitors with body
temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius will not be permitted to enter.
Visitors are required to wear a mask at all times.
Please keep in mind that the attraction is limiting the crowd size to 25% of the total capacity. Crowd limiting
measures may also apply in several facilities such as queue lines, toilets, etc.
Visitors are required to keep a physical distance of at least 2 meters from others.
Visitors are not allowed to swim in the Ancol Beach area.
Only cashless transactions will be received.
Entry to the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area follows odd-even number regulation for 4-wheel vehicles (including
taxis and online taxis, except yellow plate taxis) every Friday - Sunday at 12.00 - 18.00 WIB.
Parking within the premises will be limited and entry points may be redirected (please check with the attraction
directly).
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own eating utensils.
You are not allowed to bring pets of any kind to the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area.
Prayer mats and other shared religious items will not be provided in prayer rooms within Taman Impian Jaya
Ancol, so visitors are required to bring their own.
The attraction will not provide a storage service/facility for food or beverages.
