Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.
Online redemption:
At the reception, open the Traveloka app and go to the My Booking page.
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem".
Swipe the button at the bottom of the page.
Offline redemption:
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem" to view the voucher's QR code.
Show the QR code at the reception.

WHEN TO REDEEM
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once booked, your timeslot should be confirmed immediately. However, in the unlikely event that there are any
changes from our partner's side, our Customer Service will contact you to propose a solution with the following
schedule:
1. For same-day bookings, Customer Service will call you 2 hours before your chosen timeslot.
2. If you've booked your timeslot 1-2 days prior, Customer Service will call you 24 hours before your visit.
3. If you've booked your timeslot more than 3 days prior, Customer Service will call you 24 hours after you've
made the booking.
The venue has the right to refuse customers who are more than 15 minutes late. The booking is not refundable.
