HOW TO REDEEM

This outlet does not take reservations. Customers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Show a valid Traveloka voucher on your phone along with the valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport/Familly
Card) of each person taking the test to the receptionist.
If you are under the age of 17 and do not have any of the documents mentioned above, you may use a Children
Identity Card (KIA) or fill in a form at the test location.
For Drive-Thru Customers:
Upon entering the location, customers will be asked to park their vehicles at the designated parking spot.
One of the staff will come to your vehicle to do the swab test. After that, you can wait until the result is available.
For Walk-In Customers:
Customers will be directed to a post where the test will be carried out.
The test will be done at the designated post, after that, you can wait until the result is available.

This test is valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) only.

Customers must present a Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport/Familly Card) of
each person taking the test.
Customers who are under the age of 17 may use a Children Identity Card (KIA) or fill in a form at the test
location.
Customers with reactive (positive) test results will be recommended to self-quarantine at home for 14 days or
take a swab PCR test for further examination.
COVID-19 rapid/swab antigen test results may not be valid for flights departing to certain destinations. Check
up-to-date travel regulations at traveloka.com/en-id/safe-travel and read the official guidelines from airport
authorities before booking.
Soewarna Business Park and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due
to incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.
