If you are unable to come at the reserved time, call RS Sheila Medika directly to reschedule.
Each customer will be required to register and are subject to an administration fee of Rp10.000 that must be
paid directly at the hospital.
Show a valid Traveloka voucher on your phone along with the valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each
person taking the test to the receptionist.
If you are under the age of 17, you may use a parent's or legal guardian's valid ID (KTP).

WHEN TO REDEEM
CANCELLATION POLICY
This booking is non-refundable. This policy applies once your booking is confirmed.
Blood drawing and test results collection will be at the same location. Customers simply need to show their
Traveloka voucher, have their blood drawn after voucher redemption, and then wait in the same room to collect
their test results.
Test results will be read and interpreted manually by the test operator without the aid of a computerized system.
This test is valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) only.
Customers who are unable to come on the reserved date and time must call RS Sheila Medika directly to
reschedule.
Customers must present a Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person
taking the test.
Customers who are under the age of 17 may use a parent's or legal guardian's valid ID (KTP).
The rapid antigen test will take approximately 15 -20 minutes. The printed results will be available 1 hour after
taking the test.
Customers are allowed to request a soft copy of the result which will be sent through WhatsApp.
Customers with reactive (positive) test result will be advised to take a PCR test and self-quarantine at home.
COVID-19 rapid antigen test results are not valid for flights departing to certain destinations. Check up-to-date
travel regulations at traveloka.com/en-id/safe-travel and read the official guidelines from airport authorities
before booking.
Customers are advised to read the official guidelines from airport authorities before scheduling a test.
RS Sheila Medika and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due to
incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.
